Phobic: Part 1Claus stared out of the window, peering through the gray Venetian blinds at the swirling snow. He shivered inside his cocoon of down blankets, wool socks, and Snuggies. Just the very thought of snow made Claus cold. He hated it. Those tiny ice crystals, enclosing the ground in a white sarcophagus, freezing and killing everything green and living. It must be what…ten feet deep by now? It would swallow him up! Claus could feel his throat closing as he pictured his little house consumed by snow. No one would discover him until he was nothing but a black, shriveled, frozen mummy. He'd have to eat his own body parts in order to stay alive. &nPhobic: Part 1
